It was created to share the Yonezawa Koki corporate culture and mindset with job seekers who attended the company information session, and to deepen their understanding of the company and their motivation. It features genuine feedback from employees based on a survey of all employees at the company. It is structured and designed to frankly convey the company’s “passionate” corporate culture.
