Company Description:
The employment website of Rega Company, Inc. introduces its philosophy, values, business operations, and employee data in detail.

Based on the idea of “establishing and proving ourselves through business,” we aim to create businesses that are meaningful to society and contribute properly.

As part of our work, we provide services in the areas of work performed by our clients’ Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and HR business partners, directly engaging with management and front–line employees in various industries to contribute to the development of the company. The CHRO is expected to be deeply involved in the overall HR domain, including recruitment support, evaluation system development, and organization of training organizations.

As of December 2024, there were 15 full-time employees, with an average age of 29.4 years, and a male to female ratio of 6:4. In addition, the average monthly overtime hours are 25 hours and annual holidays are more than 120 days, providing a good working environment.

We promote the creation of an organization that provides great fruits that cannot be obtained from well-known companies, and where each employee can play an active role with confidence and pride.
