Lega Company, Inc. is an HR consulting firm established in October 2023 and headquartered on the 4th floor of the 3rd Watanabe Building, 2–1–33 Shiba, Minato–ku, Tokyo.

As of December 2024, the company had capital of 10 million yen, 15 employees, and an average age of 29.4 years.

The company’s business is diverse, providing consulting services across the entire HR domain, including recruitment support, establishment and review of evaluation systems, development of “how-to-work” systems, improvement of employee loyalty, creation of sales and operations manuals, and organization and operation of training organizations.

Our mission is to “bring together people who love to discover, invent, and challenge, and who are eager to ‘create new common sense’” and to “bring together wisdom and passion to realize the will of the world. Our slogan is “Creating more ‘solutions’ and creating more ‘solutions’”.

In September 2024, we will relocate our office and revamp our website, and we are aggressively expanding our business.

We provide services in the areas of work performed by the client company’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and HR business partners, working directly with management and frontline employees in a variety of industries.

Furthermore, we promote the creation of an organization in which each employee can play an active role with confidence and pride, and focus on creating businesses that are meaningful to society.
