As a recruitment site, it was created with the goal of preventing mismatches in personnel while also increasing the number of applications. In terms of design, we aimed for a design that gives off a somewhat serious atmosphere, but because that alone is not interesting, it also has a sense of novelty and challenge.

Also, to fully convey the company atmosphere, we took photos at AC Next’s head office and branches. Almost all of the photos used on the recruitment site were taken by photography company.
